Hmm, problem is that I am not english native speaker and dont know exactly which terms... I dont know how write apology. I think that Parrots version of NAP is quite fine, we should sligtly moderate terms about breaking, to make them possible (1000 golds? Czech Republic nor Hungary have them) and make it more flexible. After each presidential elections should be pact broken in less harsh conditions but with enough "safety" time.

Example
The two nations of the Czech Republic and Hungary, in order to protect each other's sovereignty in the generations to come, do agree to uphold the following terms:
I.No declaration of war will be directly drafted and passed between the two nations in this agreement.
II.If war is declared between said nations indirectly(such as by MPPs with foreign nations not involved in this contract), the nations may stay at war with each other as long as neither nation's territories that have been held for at least fifteen(15) days are under attack by any nation.
III.When either nation's territories(which have been held for fifteen(15) days) are under attack, a peace agreement with no demands is to be drafted between the two nations within two days of the attack. If one nation does not agree with said peace agreement, or demands some sort of sum for a peace agreement, they have broken this contract.
IV.Failure to uphold this contract will result in a transfer half of national currency from the offending party´s treasury to the defending one.(Golds should be easily donated or moved, also punish should be harsh because second party should use it to inflation of other side)
V.This contract will remain valid for next 6 months after it is signed.If both nations agree to these terms, the current presidents of the Czech Republic and Hungary at the time of this contract's drafting are to sign this contract
VI.Contract should be broken in 2 days after presidential elections day in less harsh conditions - 1/10 of national currency in treasury to other country treasury. But conditions of contract remain next 14 days after break of act. That means that if in this time one side will break conditions mentioned under I./II./III., there will be same consequences.(1 half of national currency will be paid from remaining treasury, 1/10 before wouldnt be counted as part of it)
